Hello Yankee Wally how nice you are here with us! As you'll know by now this thread is full of cat-lovers, black humour and Scrotie-bashers as well as foaming conspiracy theorists (I'm one). Plus a total lack of reverence for iconic and much-loved figures like Porker, Gayle, Hillary, Justin Welby and Alex Beresford. Many of us secretly lust after Piers Morgan and throw our knickers at him when we can. If it's a personal thing for h and w then why is it to be of public interest? And personally, much as I love my mum, no way would I want a statue. Memories and photos are best. And she'd likely flay me from heaven for not dusting the statue enough.
If it's a public thing, then what is it for? Being mum to a future king? Ex wife to a future king? Doesn't say a lot if that's all it's about. Now if it's for contributions to various charities then I would have thought the charities would be involved. Personally they should keep it private as there are enough memorials from when she was important in her charitable work of "shining a light" on aids and landmines

Just for pig iron, I did a Google image search of Prince Harry. Then I did a Google image search of Prince Harry 2015 (or any random year before he met his first wife)
The difference is astounding when you see it side by side like that. The first search yields pictures of Harry looking downright miserable and sour. The earlier images are full of smiles and sparkle. He has changed so much.
