It's very dangerous and arguably libelous for Harry to say that Diana lost her life because of the interview.

OK Bashir is a tit. But Diana actually died because she got into a car driven by someone allegedly drunk or drugged, and wasnt wearing a seat belt. Neither of those facts are indisputable.
