Lots of companies incorporate in Delaware as it has very favorable tax laws and you donβt have to be a resident of the state. It is not uncommon, and I believe that most of the large banks, credit card companies, etc. that do business in the US are incorporated in Delaware.
This is not a defense of Harry and Meghan, BTW. They will siphon whatever they can from Archewell for their personal use.
