A lot of places will only pay statutory sick leave and for a certain amount of time. They may be able to get signed off long term but a lot of places won’t pay full salaries for a long period of time.

I doubt a lot of company would give compassionate leave unless it was your own child, suppose they could of got a sick note but I'm wondering if her brother is self employed and that's why she's asking for the donations so she can pay him a wage

Agree the time he's sat having them she could be doing something with him to remember. I guess him getting some form of treatment is her way of thinking a miracle might happen but it isn't.
The GFM was set up for America's for his treatment and now for his therapy treatment. If my child was going through what Dilly is leg waxing would be the last thing I thought off going to get done.

Agree. His bloods would have been done on the NHS and so will his platelets and blood yet the medication that they are paying the earth for isn't helping. Does his blood get taken into account when having these treatment?
Has she ever showed any photos/vids at home of the private nurse administering the holistic treatment?

Palliative care involves treating the whole soul but I can't imagine for one second that any Doctor or specialist nurse would be encouraging this treatment given how poorly the poor lad now looks. Especially when it's so invasive.

Do the steroids, blood transfusions etc help him feel better as part of palliative care?

Steroid's will help his fatigue, breathing, also help with inflammation and swelling. The blood transfusion will just give him more red blood cells to boost his energy and help fight the bad ones as immune system will be just gone!
I personally think that there is a long overdue need for a law to protect children from parents doing this when they are so ill.
