Alternative versions....The statement still seems to convey that they think woman wanting a separate space is bigotry ignoring the likes of the equality act along with recent court rulings. Men in dresses it seems are still the top trump card.

There is very little need to be 'harsh'. I get you are all angry about these issues but approaching someone who is having a conversation with you as 'are you stupid' does not help anyone in the conversation.I really don’t mean this harshly, but you haven’t done much reading around all of this at all, have you?
The testosterone ban on “women” affects athletes with a DSD (intersex) who have XY chromosomes but have been raised as women. There are no women (XX) with testosterone high enough to be banned from women’s sport. And that’s nothing to do with the trans movement.
Unless when you say “women” you mean those such as Lia Thomas, who have to get their testosterone down to a certain level for a certain period of time and then can compete against XX women, no questions asked? Which is hardly a “ban” on those “women” with testosterone above the allowed level (clue: they’re men).
I feel sorry too for transgender people. To go to such extent as cutting a part of yourself you have to be extremely unwell. My opinions on trans people really comes from a place of compassion because I think trans people are mentally ill so they definitely need therapy and support for their delusional thinking. It is a delusion to think you can feel that your sex is wrong or that you're really the opposite sex, as much as it's a delusion to think you're Napoleon or an animal. What happens now is cruel - creating a myth that they can really *be* the opposite sex, that sexual partners will never know, that they can be real biological "mothers" or "fathers", and of course that doesn't happen. Helping them cope with their mental illness is much better than irreversibly mutilating their bodies and still never being a real man or a real woman. People hyper obsess over this stuff and it's just toxic and futile, and the Kind Thing to do is actually be honest and help them accept reality.
Look, like the friend you mentioned, I'm intersex. I was assigned female at birth (the only time those words are valid imo) and have lived my entire life through thar perspective, as a daughter, sister, wife, mother. My body grew a tina in my mum's womb and i grew my own breasts as a teenager. My medical care, education, employment and interaction with the state have all been mediated by my perceived femaleness. When I was sexually harassed, assaulted and grape it was because the men who did it saw me as a woman.
But even so, I can't say I "feel like a woman". I imagine I do because until I was 20 I'd only ever been told I was a girl/woman, and if ever I compare myself to others I don't perceive any connection to men or masculinity. The reality is I have a mixture of sexual characteristics because my chromosomes are XY. I can only say I feel like myself. Isn't that all any of us can say? Why do the rest of us need to play along with an unhealthy, obsessive delusion to the point that leaders of countries and huge organisations like the NHS or BBC start pretending science and biology and the evidence of our own eyes no longer exist?
This reaction is tale as old as time though? I'm trying to have a conversation and I am reachable, but this attitude is why both this side and the other far reaching side can't communicate because you keep falling into this sarky disrespectful shutdown behaviour. Here comes the tone policing. Tale as old as time.
I think you've been disingenuous. You expect everyone to respond in a tone that you find pleasing despite going over the same points repeatedly. You couch it in faux-politeness despite being pretty antagonistic. I haven't demeaned you, I've said you're engaging in tone policing, which you were. This reaction is tale as old as time though? I'm trying to have a conversation and I am reachable, but this attitude is why both this side and the other far reaching side can't communicate because you keep falling into this sarky disrespectful shutdown behaviour.
I'm here to learn and ask questions. I know its rich asking the internet to be respectful but I don' think I have engaged at all in this manner, I've only brought forward ideas and thoughts, never demeaned any of you.
I feel for trans women who would otherwise have been gay men. I look at the likes of Ritchie in the video posted above and wonder what kind of man he might have been had he been celebrated for who he is.I feel sorry too for transgender people. To go to such extent as cutting a part of yourself you have to be extremely unwell.
But it is not women’s fault. Women don’t have to accommodate everyone.
Asking the whole world to change and to allow men in our places is like forbidding everyone to drink because some people are alcoholics.
This is really sinister.
You have thrown " maybe I should leave" umpteen times and about learning you frequently ignore points people make in reference to your posts instead coming back with some totally random topic. This reaction is tale as old as time though? If he was a woman he would not have won…
Similar to your proposal that there be a third toilet space for trans people, they don't want this. If you said this on twitter the TRA community would call you a TERF.For the record I don't think transgender athletes who have grown into adulthood as their assigned gender should be allowed to compete in their new declared gender so there is no need to treat me like the people you think are militant and straight line about these things.
Christine Mboma has a DSD.There is very little need to be 'harsh'. I get you are all angry about these issues but approaching someone who is having a conversation with you as 'are you stupid' does not help anyone in the conversation.
You don't educated anyone by patronising them.
I don't think Christine Mboma is intersex, I could be wrong? But the trans debate does reflect on that because the policing of women. For the record I don't think transgender athletes who have grown into adulthood as their assigned gender should be allowed to compete in their new declared gender so there is no need to treat me like the people you think are militant and straight line about these things.
We've responded to your questions. We even asked you more questions. You didn't respond back to them. That's pretty disrespectful wouldn't you say?I'm here to learn and ask questions. Yeh this "maybe I should leave" I'd a big red flG for me on Tattle, as for a lot of us I think...You have thrown " maybe I should leave" umpteen times and about learning you frequently ignore points people make in reference to your posts instead coming back with some totally random topic.
If anybody is going to leave, there is no need to announce it in the first place, and certainly not a 2nd, and then again…..Yeh this "maybe I should leave" I'd a big red flG for me on Tattle, as for a lot of us I think...
It isWtf is littlespace art? Sounds n**ce to me.
I apologise if I missed these before, there is about 10 people replying to me at once so its a lot to respond to absolutely everything. Happy to answer my opinions on this of course. I would say that based on my own heart and head it would come down to that of a medical or psychiatric professional when it comes to all out legal recognition, though my opinions are there to be moulded and defined. I'm not going to be making any major legislation anywhere in my constituency never-mind the world but I do think one persons opinion can then reflect further on those around them, so I want to form ideas so that when these topics come up with my friends or elsewhere I can engage without just giving an off the cuff answer. You talk about 'genuine' trans people. How do we know who is genuine or not? What qualified someone to be a genuine trans woman? A neo-tina? Fake breasts? wearing a skirt and heels? Using she/her pronouns? Putting bows in their hair?
I find it funny that you resort to these names like TRAliban. I think it doesn't do you the gender critical viewpoint any favours. But if you say I'm transphobic for those views then I'm happy to be called transphobic by you because thats the opinion I've gradually come to form, willing to be changed though as I learn more. I'm not the militant in any way. I do find it tough reading terms like that though because it seems like so many people on one side hate to be called 'terfs' but they respond with similar language like that.Christine Mboma has a DSD.
I don’t know if you realise it but your views on who should be allowed to compete in womens sports make you a transphobe according to Stonewall, Tom Daley and the TRAliban. That’s the thing, perfectly normal and reasonable views about fairness and womens rights are transphobic now. Welcome to the club!
I've gone to leave and then been asked questions so come back to respond as not to be rude or in the last case someone asked me a genuine question about drag that I thought was asked with genuine curiosity and zero malice so I felt respected enough to come back and answer. Thank you again to that person btw!You have thrown " maybe I should leave" umpteen times and about learning you frequently ignore points people make in reference to your posts instead coming back with some totally random topic.
