This man is a bleeping psychopath

How appropriate that he has a long male horse face. And how typical for a male to think that young girls' horse drawings are in any way sexual.

Amusing that he's fluffed up the top of his hair to hide his male-pattern baldness, but all he's achieved is some variant of an 80's men's mullet.

The tide is turning. Some schools have had to go back to single sex because there were such problems with boys filming girls in the showers etc. I'm sure that was in New York but might be wrong. Either way it is going to cause problems and people are starting to recognise it. I think it's also against the law here (UK) because there have to be separate facillities for men and women. I don't think that law has been rescinded but again, I might be wrong.

What do we do about it? We start shouting, we start making people discuss it. We point out everything wrong and abusive about trans ideology. And we arm ourselves with facts. We are women, hear us roar!

I've also opted out of organ donation because of 'transplanting wombs'. I'm a Witch and the womb is a powerful part of my religious belief. I don't want anyone using mine. I consider my womb to be sacred and precious. (Again, part of my beliefs. You are all entitled to your beliefs too)
I know it would likely be a hassle, but it's a pity you can't checkbox what organs you would or would not want to donate. I have opted out because there are certain bits of me I wouldn't want to donate, and I feel bad because I know there is demand for these things and I don't mind other parts but there is no way to express that.

This video from the drag person (honestly in this situation don't want to use the wrong word) is exactly it, the trans communiity ( as it is now) are creating problems for the gay community and the trans people who have been around for decades without showing their genitalia in female bathrooms. What this movement has become is just insane. I am pleased though that we are seeing more people speaking common sense and reason. As this person says, drag is not an event for children to attend

Can you not anymore?! I swear when I registered ( about 20 years ago) I could opt out of certain things liek eyes etc

A friend just sent me this, very interesting

Drag is intrinsically an adult art form. It is satire and sexually suggestive humour, often dressed as an exaggerated stereotype of a woman. The dancing, the tucking the often very naked outfits - none of it is suitable for children.

ETA lots of drag queens also agree - I have seen them on Twitter saying ‘don’t bring your kids to our shows or to brunch it’s weird’. It’s not about accepting gay people then it’s about accepting drag because most gay people aren’t drag queens - they are teachers, and doctors and parents themselves, they live the same mundane lives as everyone else and that should what kids are taught, that they can live and love who they want.
This instead of pushing drag why not show just how similar gay and les people and couples are to straight people and couples.

But of course its not stunning and and brave to say that Jane and Becky, or Matthew and Luke shop at Aldi or Waitrose and love Googlebox and Midsomer Murders, or football and Love Island just like John and Louise.

Horrible virtue signalling bleep. If the women's team win on Sunday it in no way undoes the so called "56 years of hurt". That can only happen when the men win again. The accolades that the women's team achieve have bugger all to do with the men's team

There have been drag shows aimed at children where the performers are all dressed in skimpy underwear, and one individual just had knickers and no bra with small glittery stickers over the nipples. They were strutting up and down provocatively, then the kids would join them. The children were also putting money in the performers' knickers.

Regarding the library events in particular, I don't think people would be outraged if family-friendly drag characters were reading kids stories. The advertising would be different; rather than saying "drag", the advertising would say the character name of the performer, who would most likely be of a fairytale or other famous children's story character (like the fairy godmother or someone). The drag would be secondary and not about gender bending, the main point would be to entertain the children. There would be underlying acceptance of gender differences but it would be age appropriate and entirely non-sexual.

The fact these library events are specifically advertised as "drag" as the main thing makes it obvious that the primary objective is to introduce children to drag for drag's sake, not for the children's entertainment and literacy. And the only reason for doing that (assuming the drag is non-sexual, which can't be trusted these days) is to indoctrinate children with gender, trans and gay politics, which parents are entitled to be uncomfortable with.
What are "gay politics"?

Just watched an interesting news story on BBC North West looking at a scheme to try and increase rates of South Asian women going for their cervical screening appointments as a third of S. Asian women have never attended any screening appointment. One of the volunteers said that it was important that these women knew they that they were able to request that they only see a female doctor.

This is the sort of engagement the NHS should be investing in, something that might lead to cervical cancer being picked up earlier, not changing language relating to female health conditions in such a way that the word 'woman' isn't used, to be more inclusive. If English isn't your first language, it makes it harder to get the message across.
I had my first mammogram recently (NHS) and the literature specifically said I would have a female technician. Given the manhandling involved, I think that is a very important point to get people to take part.

Love that Kitty Demure clip, it's spot on. Reminds me of all the lovely people I knew on the gay scene before the lunatics took over the asylum.

I had an urgent one recently (not NHS), and it was brilliant. The technician was female; I can’t tell you what a relief that was. I also had to have some fluid drained, and the technician for that bit was male, but there was a woman in the room with us at all times, and before every single thing he did, he asked my permission. (Such a seemingly small thing, but it made all the difference. I could never have gone through any of that without the other women in the room there with me. We shouldn’t have to, ever. Any of us.)

Drag doesn’t need to be accepted at all. It’s men acting out a grotesque caricature of women as a job.

Imagine (as a reverse) if a genre of comedy existed that utilised similar unpleasant stereotypes of men. Belching, scratching their balls, farting, getting pissed, swearing, shouting about football teams and fighting in the streets. Wearing stereotypical ‘man’ attire like string vests, bald caps, combover wigs, badly fitting a-crack flashing trousers and fake beer bellies. Imagine if it was performed exclusively by women, for other women to laugh at. Somehow I don’t think it would be at all popular and it certainly wouldn’t be celebrated like the performers were something to aspire to, nor would it be considered appropriate for children.

It's not the protesting I'm against per se; it's the fact they were yelling things at the parents who had chosen to take their kids to the event. That's counter productive in my opinion - they can have their views without shouting at people. I say the same things about anti abortion protestors who yell things at women going into the abortion clinics.

I hope someone who actually went can tell us what happened there. If it was nothing more than a drag queen sitting down and reading books out loud, I have no issue. If they twerked or did anything inappropriate, then I'd join in with those condemning it. I just like knowing things, rather than assuming, which is pretty much all I'm saying.
I understand the direction your coming from. It’s easy to judge without knowing the full circumstances. But one of the most noticeable attributes of drag is its over the top sexual characteristics and mockery of women. That stance is not a good role model for children. As others have said I do not see what benefits the children will learn from something like that apart from negative ones. There are many other inclusive role models. Even a pink dinosaur reading a story may get children thinking about differences between what they know and haven’t seen before.

if they’re giving a subdued watered down version of a drag act to be around children like I believe you’re saying they could be doing… then... It’s not really a drag act? The words drag Queen or drag act has an implication which to many is synonymous with adult themes.

A watered down version of a drag act is a trans'woman' judging by the way most of them present themselves.

i don’t understand your response to this. If it was the opposite and he had said “if they win it is no way end of the 56 years of hurt” wouldn’t he be saying he thinks women’s football doesn’t matter and isn’t important?

The 56 years of hurt relates totally to the men’s game, not the women’s so it’s irrelevant to what happens on Sunday. I hope the English women do win, will be cheering them on and hoping but it doesn’t change the fact that the men haven’t won since 1966.

The men's team haven't won for 56 years. The women's team potentially winning doesn't undo this, does it? They are completely separate entities and this guy is only saying this for woke points.

Can we have a celebration list as well as a boycott list?
Flo Period Tracker showing four women, none whom look trans :)
In a similar vein, Samsung Health app's period tracker is in a box titled Women's Health.
