Women and their wombs are far cheaper than the technology - this is science fiction. (Gross I know but it’s how this sort of thing would be progressed, on profit)

I read an Andrea Dworkin quote yesterday about how this goal will make things even worse for women as we're at least afforded some respect and safety as mothers.

As I've mentioned before, I'm adopted and have read quite a bit about the trauma suffered by infants when they were removed from their mothers at birth. I can't imagine what horrors this would create. There are theories that many mental health issues are caused by a failure in human connection somewhere along the line... This tit is dystopian horror.

@SILKWORM I noticed you quoted me in the last thread and I wanted to reply. I agree and understand what you mean. For me, there are two categories:

1. People who have concerns regarding the queer community, but are fine with LGB equality (most of this thread as far as I can tell)
2. People who have concerns regarding the queer community and are also against equal rights for the LGB community and use their concerns re the queer community to besmirch the LGB community as well (like that tweet)

It's the second category that really concerns me, as they're the ones who want to wind back hard fought rights (the same people who supported the reversal of Roe vs Wade).

I think LGB people will suffer alongside women due to this queer/TRA movement. We're all getting thrown under the bus as far as I can tell. I'm focused on the women angle because I'm a woman, but am aware that this lunacy affects LGB people of both sexes.
