It is true that the pool of trans people becomes smaller but this is something that they should surely take into consideration before proceeding. This is why I'm worried about the amount of teenagers who are transitioning, they have no clue that irreversible changes can happen and that it will limit them in the future. Trans rights activists in the rush to affirm and validate them are not pointing out the pitfalls

No we're not.......some and a very limited number are. It doesn't excuse the harrowing and awful experiences women have have had. But tarnishing everyone with the same brush is not fair. It would like me saying women who wear short dresses or skirts are inviting unwanted attention....which we know isn't true.
Again this is a limited circumstance, not all police officers.

What a way to try and center yourself in a discussion on the topic of the safety of women and children. In the same week we have learnt further details of the horrific murder of a woman by a male police officer. In a reponse to a comment sharing an article about literally hundreds of male paedophiles.
Not all men. But some of them. Enough for us to be wary of all men as a class. Because we have no way of knowing which men might grape and/or kill us.
Please also never use that false equivalent example of women in short skirts or dresses again.
My comment about evil was linked to the extract about the French Catholic Church and child abuse.
However, that is just one example. Child abuse is prevalent all over the world. In the UK the police cannot keep up with all the paedophile cases they come across. Where I work, a man you would never think would be capable of such a crime, was jailed for it.
Huge problems with misogyny in police forces, not just the Met. Leaving aside those who have faced criminal charges for sexual offences and domestic abuse, how can women feel safe to come forward to report a sexual crime against them if there is a misogynistic view of women by the officers. Women officers do not feel safe to whistleblow, in case they are left stranded when calling for back up.
Here’s some more stats on police’s inappropriate behaviour. There maybe women among the one thousand, but you can bet they will be few in number.

Leaving aside the police, there is an epidemic of domestic violence in the UK, and globally. Men of course can be victims of it too, but in the main women are the victims.

You could post links forever on here - haven’t even touched on grooming gangs, sexual crimes committed by medical personnel, or by teachers. Or low level sexual crimes -flashing, being sent unsolicited fool pics, upskirting, inappropriate and opportunistic touching on public transport. Or the seemingly less minor comments shouted out to young girls or women from blokes in vans or on building sites which starts at an early age. It’s endless - whether it’s thought or deed, and I do think men are fundamentally base and evil. Women are not saints, but if you took men out of the equation when it came to crime and warmongering, the world would be in a better place.
We know it isn’t all men that commit child abuse or violent/sexual crimes against women but we know that there are so many that do and we live our lives in fear that we may be victims too. It is fear. It is low lying fear, a risk assessment from the moment you step outside, or sadly, fear of people who are close to us. It’s street harassment, harassment on streets,it curtails everyday life. It is our norm to be wary of men.
This is why I'd encourage everyone to seek out all-women feminist/Terfy groups in real life. There's no Not All Men or other bull to deal with

Suicide is high in trans people. It remains high during ALL stages of transition, I.e. even after GRS.
We need more longterm studies to provide the best care to all people!

A very limited number? I would say there are more men that are a danger to women or at least have a negative impact on women, than there are good men.
I'm not just talking about the men committing rapes and murders against us, but the creeps, the abusive partner's, the sex pests, the coercive partners, the misogynists, the bullies, the perverts, the gropers, upskirters, the trolls, the victim blamers, the TRA, the million other ways men put us down, control us and force their sexual appetites on us, and the men that refuse to see the word and it's dangers from a women's point of view and acknowledge we need help because, "it's not all men".
