The irony of this is she seems to be holding a Starbucks? I've said it before my diet isn't the best (totally snuck a ton of my kid's Halloween chocolate) but I did change it and am a bit more mindful of what I eat. But yeah if I was eating things that could potentially harm my recovery if I had had surgery or whatever, I think I'd try to scale back. I'm certain I remember her saying she was supposed to follow a low fat diet but then every food bit she showed us was full of fat. I'm not a doctor, obviously, but I wouldn't doubt if there's a connection there. Also the more you don't move, the worse pain (in general) seems to be. Sure it's good to rest when your body needs it, but still get up and walk around a bit. Even if it's in small 5-10 mins every once in awhile. I'm certain her very sedentary lifestyle doesn't help, either.

I was confident it was going to be another endometriosis clean up surgery. Though possibly she is saving that one for her birthday. She still has her appendix too so who knows what the future holds?

I would put money on her having surgery in Sheffield again (because apparently there's some wacko surgeon up there who will keep on and on operating on her) right before Christmas...so conveniently, she is simply FORCED to spend Christmas at home with her family, but she sew sew doesn't want to guys! It was in ‘the scum’ I don’t know who she is. Maybe some influencer, not sure. I think she just filtered ‘her own face’, but as she’s so vain, she only looked at her own face before posting, and didn’t see that her baby looked like a baby bird
