I’m actually not going to dress up as anything. But I AM going to shout out loud in the courtroom every time I look at Gabby so she can later complain that “there was this girl in court and she wouldn’t stop looking at me god mind your own business x”

Some other outfit ideas
That eyesore of a shower curtain
The missing pink tiles in her bathroom
The pink sofa
A cat on a mop
Margots eyeballs
Nellies balls (that she thinks are hillarious to show off to the internet)
Janes self respect (you can’t, it doesn’t exist)
Margot's eyeballs hahahah 👏👏👏

Can I come. I'll go as a PR package but I'll need an escort in case I'm stolen by Royal mail.

Unless someone wants to couple up. I'll be Nelbobs and someone else can dress as a giant hand and slap me around.

What happened with chai?
Apparently she took her love of the sausage meat to the next level, and tied to nobble on his porksword using her teeth. Contact abruptly ceased after the incident, and, scarred for life (metaphorically we assume) he ended up being bored to tears by woke warrior princess lucy (no juniper) moon for a while.

Poor lad couldn't catch a break, plus he was named after a tea.

When she was hiding her weight loss surgery she said that her 7 stone weight loss was due to drinking nothing but orange juice 😭
Jeeze, all that sugar. I bet her ever enlarging liver feels great. How can she not have had her blood sugar work properly done yet?? Some doctor out of the myriad she has frequented must have been concerned about diabetes. But she would no doubt ignore advice.

I’ve changed my mind, I’m going as the penis lolly (you might remember it as “a big willy” from the what’s in my mouth challenge with Hobbie)

Poor chai
She looks like a totally different person here. Hobby is still recognisable, but Gabriela really isn't. Wow.

Hi 😊 Just dropping in as I saw Ms Lindley's latest scandalo and assume the Twitter IPR lawyer is reading tattle.

Some advice. I didn't want to say it on Twitter as it could have been a tad embarrassing for you.

You should really lock down your social media and not conflate your professional life with that of thirsting for YouTuber recognition. It's not a great look and can lead to someone knowing your name, the firm you work at etc. It took me all of 5 minutes.

Also, offering free advice is all well and good but I do hope you have your own professional indemnity insurance (I doubt you will be able to rely on F's). If you do freelance work outside of the firm and you mess up, you will be the one the disgruntled client comes for.

Also, 'trademark attorney' is a title protected by law, but you are not a Solicitor or Barrister (and so not a 'lawyer' as some, i.e. Gobs, would assume or recognise in the usual sense). Tread carefully, I'm sure you're well aware of the sanctions that are attracted by, to coin an IP phrase, 'passing off' if you have not qualified, hold a current PC etc., even by implication.

Garnering washed up YouTuber points is really not worth it. Better to have her make an appointment, retain and instruct you. Far less messy all around.

That being said, you're just over a year chartered as it were so good luck.....and give my best to Charl 😉

New idea I want to go as the nose piercing she thought she was so bAdAsS for getting even though she cried and ran home when she went to meet Lucy and Lydia at Revs
little things like this make me laugh. Going to try and find evidence in a vlog - it always surprises me that I fully watched things like that when my own two eyes and probably didn’t see an issue with it lol

ETA found it in case anyone wants to hear it straight from gabbie, take it with a pound of salt

So her firm page says she’s a trade mark attorney - what even is this? I am an actual lawyer in this jurisdiction and I have no idea what ‘trademark attorney’ means 😂 does she have a PC or not?
Edit to add after googling this doesnt even seem like a proper legal role, you don’t need a law degree or gdl? And she’s purporting to give free legal advice on Twitter? I am confusion

Didn’t realise it was a thing

Regardless, it’s bleeping embarrassing that she’s on Twitter licking Gabbie’s arse lol
I’m not sure about it, it seems like a management of trademark papers and process role rather than the provision of legal advice? I dunno. I’m not allowed to give free advice to anyone without a direct access certificate. I’m very surprised if someone who technically doesn’t even have to have a law qualification is allowed to give advice!
Edit again - seems you have to have two qualifications but no qualifying law degree like you need to be a sol or barrister. It’s the bit about ‘supporting litigation’ that baffles me - presumably this role can’t conduct litigation, so I don’t know why they can give advice. Meh, IP isn’t my field 🤷🏻‍♀️

She is a chartered trademark attorney but she's not on SRA as practicing or non practicing. Not on the BSB register either.

'Trademark attorney' basically means you do a couple of post-grad qualifications, couple of years on the job (bit similar to a training contract or pupillage but in trademarks exclusively) then you get put on a register of trademark attorneys and apply to get chartered. You don't need a qualifying law degree to be one though.

Thank you! So what is the difference between a trademark attorney and say, an actual IP solicitor? Why would someone not just get advice from an actual solicitor?

Bigger worry, for her anyway, is litigation happy Gabby. She's playing with fire offering professional advice without PI insurance. I doubt her firm's PI stretches to advising randoms on Twitter. 😄
