Hahahaha imagine ordering yourself a pair of personalised Metcons when all you do is go to some fancy health club to lift 5kg dumbbells twice a week!! wear them in a real gym prikky and you’ll get laughed straight out 😂

She has soooooo many trainers (apparently) she couldn’t possibly wear them all. She has posted at least 10 in the last 2 months alone!

She will never build muscle and change her physique as she’s tit scared of that scale going up. You can tell she idolises a certain body type but she won’t achieve it because she doesn’t lift heavy enough and is probably in too big a deficit and as much as she loves her so called protein..doesn’t have enough of it as takes her over her calories. There’s no reason why in her 40’s she can achieve really good results but she’s still so stuck in that 90s diet mindset
