You never truely get a completely oil free curry in a curry house anyway because they're all made from one base sauce that is ladelled from a massive pot everytime they make a curry. The base sauce is made from blended up onions, spices and tomatoes (though some restaurants add veg) which will have been fried off in oil.Four lots of quark wasn’t enough! Wtf! She’s more than happy with salmon/chicken and a big pile of dried herbs though isn’t she?You never truely get a completely oil free curry in a curry house anyway because they're all made from one base sauce that is ladelled from a massive pot everytime they make a curry. To make the different currys taste different they add different meats, veg and spices to the base sauce is smaller pans made to order.
But even though there will still have been some oil making it with water will have made it taste flavourless.
It won't have been too hard for them to cook because in a curry restaurant the meats are already cooked and just added to the sauce.
They were probably pushing her to have a 'little bit' of oil because they knew it wouldn't taste as good and most restauranteurs don't want to put out bad food.
I think there was something up with the last giveaway she did too though others disagreed! The winner didn’t
Comment on the cream boot reel from what I can see. So she’s picked somebody who hasn’t even followed the rules!
