It’s almost like they are “studying” her. They aren’t interacting with her. I remember in the 90s when my dad got his first VHS camcorder, he was constantly recording us as a family. Going on walks, eating dinner, me and my sister goofing off. You would constantly hear him talking in the background to us.

Not really. Putting clothes on hangars involves a lot of more fine motor skills, coordination, and using both hands at the same time which kids like ours really do struggle with. Things that seem so easy for us, are very difficult if you have problems with both fine motor and gross motor skills.
