Ah, another vlog my dahlings. She is on her way to Daylesford for a picnic dressed in her Bamford dress. The dress is not remotely suitable for a picnic on a rainy day but she is no doubt hoping Carole Bamford would notice her. 
She is shilling for Missoma in this video... slurp-slurp, some lip smacks and more slurps. #ad hidden away underneath...
She layers on necklaces... why is Missoma using Teefers to promote festival jewellery? Does Teefers even know what a festival is? Takes off some of the tacky pearl jewels with the big gold gongs and tones it down a bit when she remembers the picnic at Daylesford.
I feel a bout of nausea when she channels Lydia talking to Portelini when she oohs about the pig-letts on the way to the loo. Oh dear goody gumdrops, she is trying to be so very cute, my dahlings. Wonder what she'll be like once on the rosé? Perhaps the pig-letts will become chicken-lin-lins... I can't wait...

Long explanation about house maintenance... is this why she's so glum? The Olde Rectum heating is going to cost a pretty penny and they are changing the thermostats of the underfloor heating. I assume the long story about the thermostats is also for begging purposes...
Painting the kitchen in a green colour (currently pale blue) as the walls are apparently cracking. Seems to be on the beg for kitchen freebies and mentions the Leo woman's kitchen marble. I knew little Teefers was going to come home green with envy. She so thought her house and garden were the fairest in all the lands. Rude awakening for lil teefers methinks.
She tells us this is a boring vlog. It's 53 minutes to get the ad revenue. If you have no content then cut your stupid long and boring vlogs. The endless mindless rambling and mumbling are driving me in-freaking-sane!!!!!!

Early in the vlog she said she sent her cake to her mother but now she has a plate with cake for her moaning session. Can't keep her lies straight, can she? Or perhaps her brother and his children who visited Lala while they were at Daylesford did not eat that disgusting heavy dry cake of hers... must be bad if the children didn't polish it off.
She shares her inbox admin for longer than she showed the Jubilee picnic... rivetting content... it's normal boring office work and an email list she is using as content for AdSense. Greedy pig she is. I only watch her with an adblocker...

The only small positive is she changed the 70s porn music for piano music... she also did not show us her chomping that cake...

Is it fair to say that her house isn’t 800 years old? I think it’s magnificently reworked but I thought the only thing original is a beam or two? Isn’t the entire structure a reproduction? It’s very well done and if you told me the house dated to the 1700s, I’d easily believe it. But 800 years old? No.
Am I misunderstanding things? Please correct me if I am wrong as I do love Josie’s home but want the truth.

I would not say that the house is a reproduction. The outside of the house itself is listed and some of the interiors (mostly fireplaces) are are as well. I believe there are some beams which date back to the medieval period but, as with any house of that age, over the years extensive additions have been added and relatively little of the medieval structure remains. I am no expert but it looks like the most recent significant addition was the brick fronted part which looks Georgian to me. Old photographs show this as the front of the house at some point with acess through the rams field/orchard that imagine was part of the farm at that point.
Parts of these additions include some if the original Georgian panelling which is in the office and priest holes which will date to the C16. The house did fall into disrepair and the previous owner undertook extensive renovations to save and modernise the property which included a large amount of the roof. Restoration work to the exterior and interior of the property was undertaken but the main shell of what you see (at least on the outside) would have been orginal.
Sorry for the splaining but I’m just a local resident who loves history. You can find out more on the Warwickshire listed buildings page. Plans of the restoration are even still available the stratford district council planning site.
I predict that Josie's next voice she'll be trying to copy will be Sammi Jefcoate's. Just watched a couple tiktok's of Lydia's, and she (along with many others like Emily Canham) is copying how Sammi speaks, and her accent/intonation, and the way she describes choosing her outfits and accessories. So, it's just a matter of time for Josie to catch on.
Of course Sammi is a true original in her style (even if she's not my taste), and none of these women would dare to dress how she does!
