1 tbsp of hummus 25
4 slices of chicken bacon 116
Cordon bleu breakfast al a Grace 624 calories
Don't forget at least another 100cals for the oil that the bacon was cooked in.Bread x2 aprox 180 (I assume it’s low cal bread)
Poached egg 143

1 tbsp of hummus 25

She needs to go back on her slimming world buzz if she wants to drop dress sizes for the wedding 6 months is not a long time at all.
Although during the height of her slimming world buzz I did spot her in McDonald’s Kylemore with Sienna

I think its time to let Ashling rest in peace now, it doesn't matter what Grace is at today and Ashlings funeral shouldn't dictate anyones day either.
The funeral is over so I think it’s in bad taste if she posts anything now. Knowing grace she will post it on her stories this evening. I think for her own sake she should bother posting. She has already insulted her already so no need to do it again.
