No expert but imagine protein is for the likes of Jen who trains a lot and watches her food closely. As someone else said she’s looking at the protein amount in the food instead of the calories if she wants to lose. I would think we would have definitely heard if she was back on her medication
So she only has a few weeks to go for her final measurementsShe didn't order it in a size 10. She tried on a size 10 sample size and it was too small. This does read a bit confusion but Kips and her friends knew what she meant....
She’s not happy though & she doesn’t want to wear an 18. She sees herself as a willowy boho bride from what I can see, or at least that seemed to be the ‘vibe’ she was portraying at the time she went to choose her dress. I hope for her sake the dress shop were realistic and helped her find something she would feel & look wonderful in.If it’s American sizing would that make it a 14 so? Not that it matters, like if she’s happy and wants to wear an 18 all good. But stop with the sh1te talk and look at me exercising and do the basics.
