I have seen doctors about potentially having PMDD— you really shouldn’t try to self-diagnose because there can be a lot of other things going on.
Estee just started to post about learning about the existence of PMDD about a month or so ago. You need time to try different things and really monitor your cycle. And like I said, while it’s really good to be aware, you also risk attributing other things to PMDD.
Some other people here have speculated about Estée potentially being bipolar, and some in really sensitive ways pointing out various traits. (Not sure if the proper terminology is being or having bipolar). I think if she noticed things like ending relationships on a whim and these kind of swings, she should definitely try to treat that and look for a diagnosis. If she really thought she was bipolar I hope she sought intensive mental health treatment but…. I guess we know that is unlikely.
