This is an older post of hers from last month. I can’t help but be shocked by the fact she clearly hasn’t even brushed her hair! This Instagram account is meant to be for her brand and not just friends and family. If I were a company looking to work with her I would take one look at this image and be put off by the obvious lack of care and basic presentation.

TBF I don't think she works with many legit companies and their target demographic are probably depressed obese women so she reprents that well.

And some folks will believe her self publicity of award winning money blogger 3 years running. I don't know when that will be time limited and she has to put X years ago

Just come on here because I’ve seen something that I find pretty awful. I was browsing Emma’s website and ended up seeing a link to Tony’s website so I went on it. It doesn’t seem like he updates it much now as one of the more recent posts on there was a blog written last year about how to make some extra cash in January.

One of the suggestions was to ‘get a loan’ with a link to the ‘cash lady’ website which I believe is a payday lender?

I’m honestly shocked and appalled by this. To have a blog about helping people make and save money and then directing them to a payday loan website is beyond irresponsible! I know it’s Tony not Emma but as far as I’m concerned it’s both of them and she will have known it’s there!

Sorry for the long post it’s just made me so mad!

But it isn’t Tony at all, it’ll be Emma telling him what to put. Or, unless she really does treat him like a slave and that’s what he has to do to get money?

and as for those tiles, they are horrific! I’m all for a good upcycle and renovating what you’ve got butJesus Christ they look awful. lets not mention the fact we’re in lockdown and it’s taken her about 2 months to even finish a job that could be done in a weekend

Because it’s a sponsored post and they e been paid for it. Emma probably said she wouldn’t put it on her blog so they put it on Tony’s hoping nobody would really notice

Why does Emma insist on making vegetable crumble when she could just have the vegetables? Why add unnecessary calories and carbs to what could be a really healthy side to her meal? There are so many tasty ways to cook vegetables that they don’t need a layer of crumble to make them taste good.

Why does she also insist on eating protein everything, I get she needs it but you also need veg and vitamins 😂

She needs a bloody dietician, not WLS.

Yes, protein helps you feel fuller for longer but a balanced meal is much better for you. No wonder her hair is falling out.

You can see a jar full of starburst in the picture of her chopping board. I don’t think she would listen even if she had the best dietician in the world.

It's frustrating to see someone throw such an amazing opportunity away. Before lockdown, one of my patients lost 24lbs in 2 weeks following the advice of his dietician (he was, as you can imagine, a very large man). The advice was pretty simple at that stage - don't snack! Imagine how much weight Emma would lose if she cut out all the chocolate, Starburst, biscuits etc. My OH and I are both losing weight (he's lost 40lbs in six months) so we have very little in the house to snack on, just fruit and random Fibre One bars!

After my WLS I was advised the plate should be half protein, 1/4 veg and 1/4 carbs. Eat the protein first, then veg and then carbs If you are still hungry. Also on medication for life which helps with vitamins etc.

Hair loss is a given after WLS, however closely you follow the aftercare as you eat very little just afterwards.

Not defending her as I think she is a twit!

To get to to the size you need wls, you would not have had a balanced diet before yet you don't get the hair loss. I think it really is down to the small amounts you are eating x
