Have you ever heard of basal metabolic rate or TDEE calculations? I’ve done a lot of research on this over the years and it is quite irritating seeing half baked information floating around and purporting to be authoritative... and don’t get me started on ‘starvation mode’. (Also, not taking specifically about just you, I mean in general - so don’t take this as a personal attack)

I’ll discuss this with you over PM to avoid spamming the thread but, in brief, I’m not saying she’s eventually going to die - It is true that for some people 1,000 is maintenance but Emily is not at that point yet.

I'd guess her maintenance is nearer 1500 as she's really tiny and has no muscle. I know she's tall but I don't think that makes much difference. If I remember correctly the way she worded it in the video was "wow I've eaten 2000 calories already, that's like double what I'd normally eat" then corrected herself "... actually at the moment I maybe eat a bit more". (I'm paraphrasing). So I'd guess that she eats 1000 sometimes to try and lose weight, because we have seen her mention buying jeans that she wants to slim into. And then the rest of the time maybe eats around 1200-1500 to maintain because she will sometimes "have to" eat more when socialising so she leaves room for that to maintain. Either way, whether she does or doesn't eat 1000 calories or thereabouts - she said in the video that she does. And that's what I was shocked by!

Also however many calories she eats, she definitely has an obsession with her weight and size and craves attention about it. I think she would love to be a model but it never happened for her so she seeks validation through social media now

Then as soon as she’s in her house she says hello MUM. she tries to change her accent but she knows she can’t change it around her family members because they know that’s not how she speaks... she just doesn’t realise the rest of us know that too

also I’m not making a dig I’m genuinely curious if anyone knows why Sophie uses a wheelchair? I’ve seen her use it a theme parks and places like that in videos and in shopping centres yet she didn’t need it for a concert? Just seems strange to me as I would say a concert is more strenuous than a shopping centre but I’m not sure of her reasons for having one

how cringe reminds me of a kid I knew at school, claimed she called her parents by their first names (because she was Too Cool for mam and dad!) and went home “hi Sandra” “excuse me? Why are you calling me that? You always call me mam!” Hilarious.
Sophie has some issues with her spine I believe and the wheelchair is only needed for when she has to walk around a lot.

1. She hardly broke a sweat during her workout.
2. Those tight gym clothes further highlight how stick thin and underweight she is. Also she has zero shape to her.
3. Why didn't she tie her hair up? The last thing you want when you're working out is your hair flying around all over the place.

Everything about her at the gym made me cringe! She obviously doesn't go to the gym to 'workout'. It is just an excuse to wear tight clothes, show off her abs and eye duck herself in the camera/mirrors.
