The title is ‘Admin/PA Experience’ - does that suggest it’s unpaid?! Like work experience with Eimear 😂
I thought this meant she was looking for someone with experience of admin/PA work. If it was an unpaid internship she'd surely be looking for a sparky young wan with a bit of potential rather than someone who could easily command £35/40k?

It occurs to me now that she's deliberately been vague with the wording of this to get some discussion going... maybe not but it's possible.

And “have my back “ she’s looking for a friend who she will pay 😂
And a person who cannot question her ridiculous behaviour, as they are on the payroll 🤦‍♀️ Bet they'll be sacked within weeks when she's in one of her manic phases.

Dan Sweeney (I know, yaw and eye roll) pulled this stunt lately too . In the end the lies were in the fact that this person helps find them work / organised them for jobs. So the offer to pay them is based on a job finders fee of commission per job of about 7-15%, typical agency rates but Eimear/Dan looking for some poor dreamer to want this lavish job & experience for the CV

Imagine putting “have my back” in a job post

My close friend is a ‘talent manager’, so little actual management and admin in it. They can set targets and business manage for the influencers and help them create business plans and set goals, but most don’t. They leave that to the individual as they have a lot on already and they leave the driving audience growth to the influencer. A lot of they job is having the contacts with brands PR’s (my friend goes to more events than influencers, and nearly all the same freebies and perks), helping connect the brands with the right influencers for the most mutually beneficial partnerships - though sometimes that’s just best fit on the books which is why you get some odd pairings.

They do very little, it’s a bit connections, a bit introducing people and getting influencers on the right pr lists, a bit going between the two parties when potential work comes up and checking they want to work together, a bit negotiating price (they have the information on who’s earning what and what a job could be worth than an individual might alone) and reading the contract and breaking the key points down for the influencer (do x on x date, talk about x for x long). The agency takes a cut, the influencer gets the bulk, which means that to pay the talent managers wages, their office space, and the managers manager etc the manager has to do this for a huge number of people at any one time. Not as involved as you think, but also huge pressure, stressful, time sensitive, and very all about being social. You’re paying your talent manager their cut to socialise, smooze and negotiate for you, and that’s about it.

I don’t know if that’s interesting to anyone or deemed ‘off topic’ 😬

I’m wondering this myself. she wants a talented creative to not only do her admin, man her emails, but also drive work for her, provide ideas, presumably take photos/videos and edit. All whilst her bosses toddler son and two puppies plays in the same room.

I hope the salary is £40k+ or the hours and location are 👍👍👍 she’s going to be disappointed with who applies. If she’s very lucky she might find a local person who’s talented and stepped away from a a similar job in london for childcare reasons who wants to work reduce hours more locally, but beyond that shes dreaming. The candidate will expect all the social as freebies I mentioned above and be used to that as a job perk, or be fresh from a degree or something without the experience. Whoever it is, it certainly doesn’t sound like a long term prospect with the Cornwall move though.

I wonder where the housekeeper Sylvia ended up after her 4 weeks with Eim’s pre-lockdown? She was up her arse about how wonderful she was, and there’s just no mention since.

This is probably one or the most mean things I’ve thought or said here, but I mean it as a proper point on Eimears business not as a nasty bullying statement, but Eimear doesn’t seem to be able to hold on to staff or friends? One thing I noticed back when I liked her was at events (remember those!) she’s always cuddling up to the PRs but never the other bloggers. She knows those who might put money in her pocket from her competition, but it means she doesn’t have any friends in the industry, nobody with ‘influence’ drives traffic to her via commenting on her grid posts, reposting stories, etc and it’s left her stagnant. Her reach doesn’t grow.
Thank you for the insight.
Her agency is even making the connections so she doesn’t even have to do that. Essentially she needs someone to read her emails while she browses conspiracy groups on Facebook since she has done so much edumucashion on it lads.

The biggest difference in content between her and Tova is that Tova has a real talent and integrity about her work. Eimear likes to think she has, but is floundering wildly each and every day.

On yesterday’s house talk, someone said they‘ve dropped the property asking price, not surprising if they’ve found something they like. The property market is so busy atm you have to have a well progressed offer on your house, be chain free, a cash buyer or have everything in place before a lot of estate agents let you make an offer atm.

Her latest stories prove my point about the not being at all friendly with other influencers. She’s taken the SaTC screen cap from the ’skinfluencer‘ Emma Hoareau’s stories, but as a screenshot and repost (you can see the stripe of orange just above the picture where Emma said ‘no’ when someone asked if she was bothered about marriage and kids) Rather than a repost of the stories in a way that might lead to a bloggery friendship between the pair especially as they’re both in different niches she’s just posted it weirdly in her stories with no context. I get Eimear has kids but you could repost with a ‘I’m making this my standard response when I’m asked about marriage from now on 😂’ rather than just picking up someone’s joke reply and dumping it on your stories like that out of place with no context. Nobody asked you about marriage Eimear. We get it. You don’t feel the need. That’s fine.

(btw I find Emma Hoareau a little sketchy, she’s great at disclosing ads, awful about disclosing gifted items. i only knew the Fenty products she was showing off a few weeks ago were gifted because the Anna Edit showed them off as a pr product just before, then I’ve noticed it on a few other products since).

She keeps mentioning how she was a runner and worked for free. I think thats why she isnt advertising rates. She expects an assistant from one of her sheep followers to do it for free or next to nothing for the opportunity to “ be with her “ id bet. Imagine having to put up with her shite. Also has she done something else to her face she looks like she could burst with those lips now jeez

Eilean wants it all. She wants the influencer life but she also wants to be at home with her kids. Hiring a PA is the biggest load of crap. If she can't handle the influencer work then either pay for childcare or become a stay at home mum. An influencer is 1 person. You can't sub it out.

Why is she "finally" putting art on the wall if she's moving. I mean would you.be arsed really??
And why would she take on a PA who must be from Surrey/London if she’s moving soon? Even if it’s the next 3-6 months. Wouldn’t she be better off opening it up to someone who can work virtually especially given the current circumstances?

The restrictions don't apply to Eimear

If you were moving house, the last thing you would be doing is hanging pictures.

Absolute Notions about Cornwall.

He irritates me so much, nothing genuine about him and desperate for fame
