I completely forgot about this one, didn’t realise she had a thread but just caught up. Haven’t followed her in over a year.

Relieved to see I’m not the only one who was wondering about the eye colour. I thought I’d gone crazy over lockdown and I was imagining it. Why??

The wig, I felt guilty thinking it because she may have had alopecia or also saw something about potential cancer. Was it really to cover the roots?

The vitamins are an absolute joke, so unethical. Packaging looks like they were made on windows95 and printed into label paper.

I genuinely thought she may have anorexia, especially with the wig. I was completely fooled, I thought she was a specialist or gynecologist and now I’m learning she’s a GP who rarely works. Genuinely think she has a case of body dysmorphia if not orthorexia. The filtering is insane, she is very robotic and somewhat creepy.

She’s malnourished hence the vitamins and wig.

Its in perfect condition - even if decor wouldnt be to the buyers taste its decor you could live with til you had the money.

Nothing in that house would need chaging before id move in tbh!

Her house is beautiful, I love her style of decor. Minimal but glam/French country.

Very well maintained but so bland and characterless (for me, personally). On brand for Dr. D., so! Personal preferences aside, I am stunned at the price given house prices all over at the moment and the fact that it *is* in immaculate condition and turnkey ready. Crazy to imagine what that would be on for up here in Dublin! 😮😮😮

I thought it would be more too! Out of my solo price range, but still thought it would be priced higher as well.

It’s a bit greige. It’s not offensive but it lacks personality, like herself. Good starter home for someone I’m sure. And I’d say the cooker is good as new since she doesn’t eat…

In Dublin (Southside), it would be in the €650k+

You’d be pushed to get a 2 bed apartment in a nice part of Dublins Southside for the asking price on Doireanns house.

I’d say being on the side of a busy road affected the price for her

I say it will go a fair bit over the asking price. My friend bought a house close to Cork city recently and houses were going 50k to 70k over asking and the houses she was looking at it were cheaper than Doireann's

Yes, for sure! I'm from Dublin's southside myself so know all about it 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😱😱😱Still technically live on the southside (my bf owns the property, it's not mine, I just pay my keep toward the mortgage 😂), but I'd have to lop off a limb or sell an organ to get a studio apartment where I'm originally from and my parents still live in the current climate. Will just keep saving, waiting for the lotto win and maybe in 15 years 🤷🏻‍♀️
