I have a Valentino purse with the studs and they’re all perfect however I bought it about 5 years ago so perhaps quality has declined 🤷🏼‍♀️ Agree with @Beverley Macker - if it bugs you when you first see it, it’ll always bug you, send it back 👍🏻

I have a pair of rockstud heels which are great, held up really well. But I have a pair of sandals which are awful…I barely wore them and many of the studs have come off :( I took them back to Valentino but they just gave me spare studs and didn’t put them back on and I have no idea how to 😭 so now I just don’t wear them…

I need some decent like long short gym leggings as I've been dying in this crap at the gym and a looser top. I've got my VIP pass from Blue light (and Ted Baker does 15% student too). Rituals annoy me though with the minimum 2 items to buy 🙄 stops me going in there as half the time I only want a candle and don't want to have to add some crap to buy it - defeats the discount lol

Forgot to ask.... did you see a pool float looking bag in Kate Spade? Lol

The left one ❤
I didn’t but I only looked at phone accessories and clothes - did they have it? Was your day a success?

Customs forms usually should be attached to the front of the parcel in the plastic packet where the address forms are. Which courier are you returning it with, UPS?

Honestly Valentino quality isn’t the best any more :(
Yes, UPS. I was a bit worried because the customs forms Valentino have said to put in have got the price of the item on - just didn’t want it go missing if it’s visible but I’ve never had to do it before. I’ll try folding it up.
The quality is shocking, really bugging me - it looks fake!! Not even sure the picture does it justice but the studs in bottom left are completely not straight. Even boyfriend could tell from across the room!!

They did but I changed my mind 🤣 had a little purse with it too. Got a lovely set from Elemis for the work baby shower collection, few gym bits and some smellies from Rituals in the end. The bigger brand stores all had massive queues but wasn't fussed about going in those

Hi all! Total lurker and really enjoy this thread! I've no idea about designers, or bags, but I love reading about it all and seeing your purchases! I've recently thought I'd love a pair of Chanel cc earrings (i dont wear any other jewellery apart from my engagement and wedding rings), just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on them, or are they too common? I'd like to treat myself to something nice and simple but not sure where to buy from!

This might be an unpopular opinion so apologies in advance, but if this is a special/rare purchase I’d say don’t get them. Purely because they’re just costume jewellery and won’t last forever, you’d get a lot more for your money eg not just something plated, and in a timeless/really special design rather than some CC earrings. Also would suspect you’d get more wear out of a less branded item too…? 😬

Or even something vintage which would be cheaper than buying new/bespoke jewellery would be lovely!

Hi all :) Need your advice please 🙂 I’m thinking to buy the Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito in the beige linen (exact in picture). Do you think this bag will go out of style/is it worth it?
Honestly I think it will go out of style if it hasn’t already. I think mini bags as a whole are very much a trend.

Do agree with this re if it’s a special purchase and something you want to last forever but I do have a couple pairs of Chanel earrings from the costume range and I do wear them quite often when I didn’t really think I would. Personally earrings is something I prefer not to spend a lot of money on because they’re so easy to loose. I have a near heart attack every time I take my diamond studs in and out.

I also think these bags are likely to date. Its mainly influencers I see with them and they will most def move onto the next. I think they are reasonably priced though in comparison to many of the luxury houses but I did see an influencer say that the fabric was easily marked and she struggled to clean it without making it worse. Just something else to consider if you want good use from it and the potential re sale value if it gets grubby easily
