I think this fully depends on location as well tbh. I’m from Newcastle and any type of socialising with my friends usually revolves around drinking. It can be bottomless brunch or cocktails on a nighttime etc but living in a place that has made a name for itself as being party central, literally 80% of things to do includes drinking. Due to this we’ve then built up a higher tolerance and can drink more. 12 drinks is a lot but also easily done if you’re used to it.Sorry but... not much else for people in their 20s to do except drink? Wtf

People in their 20s do what anyone else would do when they're not drinking
Working full time means I would hate to spend my weekends drinking because I'd spend half of it feeling like tit...
People go on days out literally anywhere, go out for meals, exercising/walks, reading, cinema, staying in and cooking, watching TV?
It's not like when you're 14 and there's nothing to do!
What im trying to so is, its not uncommon for people to drink when they are socialising and I don't think all people who drink stick the maximum amount of 8 drinks per week when they are. Yes she got massive, but that's not all drink at all.
I don't know, maybe it's more common up north. I know in Scotland that most people in their 20s decide to go to the pub at the weekend or go to a party. I spent all of my 20s working in a pub and the weekends were full of 20s (and older, of course) going out all weekend and without a doubt had more than their weekly allowance of drink in one night.
I think we are gonna have to agree to disagree on this point and move on. At least we all agree, I assume, that's she's a massive twit.

Why don't you go and drown your sorrows in the nearest pub garden and while you're at it shovel in as much food as possible, that should make you feel so much better
He most definitely is self conscious, and she knows it. They did some kind of eating vid in his room and she said it bothers Sean more than it bothers her, not that I believe that though. You could tell he was really bothered about it then, so I can only imagine how he feels about it now. He did seem to try more with better eating and exercise when they lived separately, and no doubt his weight gain would not be this significant if still at home. I fully agree that he needs to try and take responsibility for himself but it being hard when someone gets at you. If you use food as an emotional crutch it can become a cycle that is hard to break.
100% if he got ripped it would make Demi jealous as hell.
It's so much easier for men to get ripped too! All those GQ covers where some minor celeb has "got a 6 pack in 8 weeks". I swear some of them just get fat on purpose so they can do some "makeover" to get some engagement.
If is actually his channel too and he has any say, he should suggest they do some sort of getting fit couples challenge. Remember when Demi paid him to eat those chillis (thanks for the reminder, Shrek)? They could make a bet on who loses the most or set up like, who can run a 10k. They could get SO much content out of a weight loss/health journey that it's kind of lazy not to at this point? Even if you don't want to get healthy for your own wellbeing, it's leaving money on the table. They don't even have to put any thought in to it, they can copy everything everyone else has done already but as a couple.

- not drinking for 30 days
- not getting fast food for 30 days
- meal prepping for a month
- all the "I tried x class", like crossfit or whatever.

I think that's what bothers her the most, she knows Sean has the commitment and drive to get fit, she doesn't. Shes extremely competitive so
