She made a video the other day about being a adult and getting her tit together...erm it was just a video of her going shopping at ASDA something we all do regularly (other supermarkets are available of course) but she basically went and did some grocery shopping. Wow whose a clever girl! Ffs she needs a wake up call. Shes 23 (yes...I cant believe that either) and she classes tidying her room and shopping for food as big deals.

how is it even possible to run a 20 minute mile? That's 3mph which according to myfitnesspal is a moderate walking pace (won't even let you track it as running). I think most people I know can easily walk a mile in 20 minutes without rushing.For reference this is how fast her 'run' pace is -

(Imo) She is making a big mistake by weighing herself after going to the gym and after eating breakfast (+any liquids she may have consumed until she weighs!).. Unless she is going to do her weigh ins after breakfast and gym every single time... which we know she won’t lol.Weighing in at 11, you know it will be a 10lb loss or something ridiculous and unlikely after a week of ‘running’ and taking pics of her round sweaty head for us all to ‘enjoy’
Next week she will weigh herself first thing before gym and any food consumed and she’ll have dropped 12lbs.

Why is so much trash promoted, as if they're trying to get bright, intelligent, interesting and stylish girls to admire idiots worse than they are? Then they tell us we're just jealous if we don't admire them because they're rich, when I'm just confused as to why everybody I know and see every day are better than them in every way, but the media has dumbed down people to help idiots get rich.

It's the most common eating disorder and can be serious to deal with. It takes a lot of discipline to overcome it. But in order to be diagnosed you need to see an psychiatrist whos an ED specialist when refered by your GP .. is she after diagnosing herself with it ?
