I've just seen Davinia in my local Waitrose. She did look good to be honest, very tanned though, very smooth face. Wearing tie dye white and turquoise joggers and Golden Goose hi tops.
I can imagine she looks great. She’s got great bone structure although recently I’m not sure if she’s had something done to her cheeks. I wonder if she fake tans because I can’t see her getting much where she lives

So I bought the book
I knew I would. It’s ok, quite nicely written in a kind of conversational way, nothing really new but if you want to know the basics of what she preaches it’s all in one place. Lots of reminders that it’s just what works for her and not the gospel etc. No massively weird bio hacking things, mainly just cold showers, wim hof, spike mat type stuff- also not overly advocating spending heaps of money either which was refreshing.
the hydrogen peroxide teeth and skin tips are in there

She's rich, there are a lot of wellbeing options when you are rich. How does anyone know that she looks well from her *biohacking* (cringy made up word) or from other things? They don't.
I can't believe how many people are lining her pockets with more money buying her book - she's a snake oil salesman.
I genuinely believe some people would buy bottled oxygen or instructions on how to breathe from influencers.
Especially because half the time she's eating Chinese / Pizza / Chips
An article in the Mail yesterday really angered me. She was harping on about when she was 'unhealthy' and overweight and then mentioned anti-depressants and that she was on them at the time. It read to me like she was dissing anti depressants and that exercise/'clean' living cured her. Really bleeping dangerous and ignorant. No, anti depressants are not a unicorn at the end of a rainbow but they work very well for some, myself included.
