Weirdest request for me was "spit on me" (meaning in his face) said by my ex the very first time we had sex, unfortunately in the heat of the moment i replied with a very honest and loud "EW WTF NO!" which was a bit rude and i felt bad afterward especially because it's not anything super perverse, but at least he got the message and never asked again.
