Hi everyone,
I have been lurking for about a week, I have just left the 80/20 plan, I lasted 4 days. Quickly realised that Dan doesn’t have a clue about CBT or supporting people to lose weight and his lives have no content or were vulgar. Academy has very few active members and I noticed that most of them have been there a long time and haven’t actually lost any weight?
When I messaged him to tell him I couldn’t carry on due to a recent diagnosis of ‘C’ the replies were just unbelievable. I wish I had found this sooner and saved myself the bother!

OMG - That is just awful, that you have been treated in that way. That is no way to treat clients.

I think I have read here that his enablers (Kaz/The Steves/Steph/Langers etc) have proper jobs - I wonder if their employers know that they condone and promote his illegal drug taking, dangerous misinformation and violent/agressive behaviour? I know that if my boss found out that I was involved with the DW Shitshow I would taking into his office on Monday and fired.
I hope you get the proper support you need from Cancer specialists and that your treatment is successful. You deserve better

Thank you everyone so much for your kind words and best wishes. I just want to check in and ask if this is a ‘normal’ response/behaviour from him? I work with the police on a daily basis so am not concerned re: police involvement, I am however feeling a little bit stressed out at the thought of being the subject of a hate campaign? Currently recovering from a hysterectomy, really don’t need this.
I know that once he posts a video that in any way relates to me, I can have the police involved and I won’t hesitate either. Not sure how I’m the bad person in all of this

I never bite to him but in the last year I've lost my brother, dad and 2 dogs to cancer and if someone had treated them this way I'd be appalled

God that Instagram post is just unreal…I don’t even know what to say. Not that I need to explain myself but I have been seeing the GP for the past 2 years regarding my symptoms…and it is due to the pressure on the NHS that I have only just received my diagnosis and treatment. I had what I thought was a routine scan and was sent to the hospital for an emergency discussion with the consultant. Up until that point I was told it’s was endo or PCOS and that I needed to lose weight for symptoms to get better…that’s what led me to Dan’s page and the 80/20 plan.
I can’t believe this is happening if I’m being honest. I didn’t know someone could be this nasty.

I'm actually LIVID that he's using a former client's cancer diagnosis to get sympathy. He really is the lowest of the low.

Anyone that believes the bullshit that spews out of his mouth is either stupid or just as much of an asshole as he is.

I'm so sorry @Fuzzypinkpunk that you're having to deal with this but please give it no thought - this is the same crap he comes out with any time anyone dares to speak out against him and show his true colours. It's all lies to try and scare you into staying quiet.

Yes you absolute BELLEND it is EXTREMELY common not to have any indication that you have Cancer and get a shock diagnosis!!!! I work in an Oncology department in a hospital (clerical not medical) and see these cases every day! He is absolutely unbelievable! I am now on a mission to track down each and everyone one of the enablers employers an report them and hopefully they all get their P45s - Disgusting human beings

There is no context that disputing someone’s cancer diagnosis is OK.

Wow!! Sorry if this a long one but Like many I have been a pretty silent watcher on here and of course FB and TT I luckily didn’t join dans so called plan but I was very close to joining until the whole phat dans dead thing happened.
I will say even though I didn’t join the plan I have been offended and made to feel ashamed of my weight time and time again by Dan Wheelers opinions (we all know they aren’t facts) ! To think people who listen to him will see me walk down the street and wander what trauma I have been though to end up fat is ridiculous.
To read what has happened today is disgusting and made me so mad I think it’s time I join you all in helping to stop this dangerous man hurting anyone else.
