I personally don’t think she’s rude. You need a trainer whose blunt sometimes. As there’s only so much time. Blunt doesn’t necessarily mean rude. I heard it too she probably miss heard. I think she’s getting her energy levels up as she has to train herself and other people. Not easy especially when so many are watching you. I think she’s done well. Also when so many are watching you and you got one person saying they are sore she doesn’t want others to be put off. When you are training consistently from time to time you are sore and have to get on with it. Yes it’s blunt but we can’t always sugar coat everything. She’s 23 she’s still young. She’s also learning herself. Yes she does have a young following only thing I find interesting is everyone whose lost weight has lost weight as they are not socialising and drinking like before. It will all change.
My only negative is the music.
Definitely. When people begin to go back to work they will not have all the spare time to do workouts either and I would guess that some of these people would not usually go to a gym either.

I've got her app and I'm doing her 28 day challenge. I'm also a member of her fb group. Her lives throughout lockdown have really helped me and I enjoy some of the recipes on the app.

Someone made a post this morning in the FB about the music and how it's always the same songs and she got absolutely rinsed by Courtneys army about being negative. It was a bit of mob mentality and I don't like that. Girl was expressing her opinion. She ended her statement with about putting her on mute which I thought was a joke but who knows.

I like Courtney but I do think she needs to stop with this whole diet culture. Shes very young and you can tell. Also the ads make me swipe past.... Its very annoying but I guess she is like the rest of these instagrammers etc. Her workouts are fab and she does encourage me to work harder. I wish she'd concentrate on explaining them a bit slower especially the boxing round and maybe concentrate on form more but that's a tiny niggle.

I wish she would tell u the next exercise before she starts them. I end up missing I some cause I can’t remember what the next exercise is. And I see people are complaining about how crap the watch is she was advertising. She needs to choose her ads carefully especially having so many followers who would buy anything she advertised. Did you know the sports bras were £26? I feel like that is so steep.

I downloaded her app as I joined in her live and the workout was unreal. Until then I’d been doing Joe Wicks which did not compare. I know Joes audiences is targeted at children and families though so it’s understandable but I love the dripping of sweat and feeing like I’ve truly accomplished a good workout which Courtney provides.

I doubt I’ll give the gym my money once it opens as I feel like I get more from her workouts. So glad I found her.

This really shocked me!! Couldn’t believe the amount of people going in on the girl just for saying she didn’t like the music?

I did like that Courtney put a post up saying don’t have a go at people for expressing their opinions and to leave her alone

On the warrior Wednesday I’ve noticed she doesn’t even say the amount of reps you need to do and just starts :/ but annoying so I usually just guess. I think as you go on you don’t need the explanations as even though her workouts are varied she does use a certain repertoire of moves, but yeah it is annoying when sometimes she just gives up explaining

I love her! Think shes great and makes you sweat. She is young and might do a few stupid ads but who cares at this point - she's amazing at what she does.
Have to say though - I 100% think she will go on Love Island in the coming years, she'd be perfect for it and probably win! From a selfish POV I hope she doesn't haha, want her as my PT forever:)

Are the workouts only on at the live time? I couldn’t find today’s, was at work when it was on.

Yeah they’re just on live then get uploaded to her app which is £15 per month. I think there are a few on her igtv though. The app is 100% worth it though, so many real time workouts on there! I’ve only been doing it for 10 days and have already lost some inches. I was doing joe wicks 90 day plan which cost £90 and Courtney’s workouts are way better.

Yeah the app is defo with it. I can’t always do her lives so always catch up on there. Worth the £15 considering a gym membership is way more and aslong as you have the weights at home, I am seeing more results than I would in a gym, probably because I push myself more when I feel I have to keep up with her

Did anyone see that post on the Facebook group where a girl said basically that iwatch she was advertising has arrived and it’s a load of crap! Loads of other people have commented underneath saying they’re super disappointed and Courtney is NOT impressed in the comments 😬 saying it’s not her fault as she doesn’t own the company? Well no but you did advertise the product! Think she needs to be a bit more careful with what she advertises

Yeah. People are jumping to her defence. She can do no wrong in some people’s eyes. I do really like her but she should be issuing a product properly and giving an honest opinion instead of being paid to say something is great when it isn’t. She probably never even used it for a workout.

This a 100%

I also thought this! Especially when she always goes on about how she uses an Apple Watch so you know this is just BS! Really disappointed
I stupidly bought one , well my husband did for running and they took two payments out of my account came to £80

Regarding diet culture language, yes she is very open about her past eating disorder which is fantastic however unfortunately diet culture is so ingrained in society, half the time people don’t even realise that what they’re saying is planting diet culture into your mind; this is true with Courtney. She’s still very young (not much younger than me, mind) and it’s very difficult to distance yourself from this type of language, especially if you have have struggled with disordered eating in the past.
Things I’ve noticed are ‘burn off the calories you had on the weekend!!’ Or ‘guys, I ate so much this weekend!’ With an undertone off guilt.

I truly believe she wants to help people, and I don’t think she says these things purposefully, but she needs to work on the things she says as she really does have a huge (adoring) audience.

I really think her workouts are great and she does deserve every penny! It’s clear she works extremely hard.

in terms of advertising the watch, i think she’ll learn from that. From the comments I read from her on the fb group, it seems she had tried to help people out regarding orders etc. Unfortunately, the company may have sent her a better product and she really did think it was decent for the price. I’ve seen this happen with other influencers and other products like fake air pods etc.

She definitely works hard and I think her work ethic is impressive. However, I think she’s really got lost in the diet message during lockdown as she’s gained more followers and I think she’s losing herself in it again.

She is definitely just so obsessed with how she looks, eating and exercising and I think these challenges and app workouts are justifying her behaviour. She says she eats over 2k calories a day but when she posts her food, that is not 2k calories! It’s so deceptive to her audience and I don’t think it portrays a great picture to young and impressionable women who probably have slight doubts about their appearance anyway.

I try to do her workouts but they’re way too jumpy, full of weird movements that feel unneedly difficult (even though I’m far from an exercise ‘beginner’) and her constant bursts of laughter is just erratic behaviour! Plus I can’t deal with how many times she says yeah 🤣

Interesting how she says she is in the best shape of her life. Obviously it’s a ploy to sel her brand and her body is really great but she has definitely lost
Muscle in lockdown.

Still love her workouts and she has got me in my best shape, but she was deffo more muscular before

I like her workouts. I think she’s a good businesswoman (minus the watch saga 😂). I don’t have the app. She posted a pic the other week saying completely natural, no makeup etc and I felt mean as I had assumed she had Botox, fillers, veneers etc.
