I’ve read that as only can meet someone outside if on your own? Because going to your household after meeting someone surely isn’t part of lockdown?

I guess it would stop the next year of children starting school at the age they are supposed to if a year has been held back there? So it’d have a constant knock on effect. Not sure though, just a guess!
