She’ll have to drop her price....so many similar flats on the market with everyone trying to sell and size up to take advantage of the stamp duty break....can imagine Connie is one of those people who believe what the estate agent has told her about the price and won’t take a penny lessI swear it’s up for like 385k and it’s a pokey 1 bed flat!
Yeah I found it on Zoopla when it first went up and was horrified at the price! Like you say the sq ft is ridiculous. She’s going to need to drop the price more to get someone for it especially when if you commute you can buy a house for that outside of London, commute cost included!It’s been reduced to £375k....it’s 400sq ft so hardly room to swing a cat and a communal garden that is hideously overgrown....good luck with that
