As far as I know you can’t go into a fixed deal with the pre-pay top up cards. They are usually for people with poor credit but also older council properties have them installed as standard a lot of the time. He could simply call the energy company and ask to be put into a fixed direct debit plan but it would mean a credit check and we know he won’t pass that ma lovelie
