Fair play, I didn’t check, usually lenders are much more vigilant if someone if taking a high risk mortgage and won’t even consider someone likely to have fluctuations in income

I got the impression that if you are self employed that getting a mortgage was a logistical nightmare because your wages fluctuate so you need more proof of income than 3 months if you have a normal job.
I would guess an ‘influencer’ would need to jump through more hoops than a tradie for example because they don’t necessarily even have an actual skill set.

I guess with GS not really being on much now her income is down from what she might have estimated? So trying to find a way of paying the mortgage and the other bills. But still has to keep up the appearance of being "successful"
