There’s nothing wrong with using pouches at home

she does a lot of annoying things but there’s nothing wrong with this
Nothing wrong with it but is it necessary? This isn’t about other parents choices (I am one and have used pouches) but she’s literally just doing it for the sake of an ad

Why wouldn’t she just wait a month and advertise it around the time babies normally wean?

You can wean from as early as 4 months *as s long as your baby is ready*. She could've used the opportunity to say what those signs of readiness are etc. rather than just promoting some pouches.
I'm surprised she's not gone full on baby led weaning with introducing individual flavours etc as that seems to be the done thing with influencers and some higher profile accounts.
Not going to be critical for use of pouches, but if she can't find time to mush some vegetables, what hope do the rest of us have?!

She can’t monetise it if she does baby led weaning, if she does purées she can get adverts from baby food brands

Haven’t bothered to look at her story’s as she is an irritant but I am really mad if she is promoting early weaning. Only paediatric dietitians can recommend that, otherwise it is 6m.
Nothing wrong with pouches, my son has something from a pouch with most meals alongside his other bits of food, a mix of sliced finger foods and things I have made. Mushing up veg is easy but making a whole casserole or lasagne to blend is not

The pouches are fine and handy if your out etc although my daughter doesn’t like them, the only pouches she would eat is the puréed fruit. Ive to make everything homemade which is fine I just sometimes run out of ideas for things to make her or if we are out it’s a bit of a hassle, I usually have to end up just giving her a bit of what I’m eating.

Another sleepless night! Robot crib and sleep consultants still not working then as it’s NORMAL that babies wake up through the night?

So what was the advert about the pouches about if she’s still exclusively breast feeding? Or am I being thick?
