Ooh that soft play today, has really knackered me out. I got a really good work out there with all them steps and walking to and from the car!

I was so worn out I had to stop off at McDonald's on the way home and get something to eat. I had a Big Mac meal which as you know you can eat on my fabulous plan because duh, fries are potato! So that's a vegetable obviously. The big Mac had salad on it so that's healthy and I only got a medium coke when I would usually get a large! So proud of my progress already!
