She switched to white docs (did she ever show them?) „for the rest of the day“ as if the rest of the day wasn’t just feasting on cheese and onion sandwiches in the canteen and going back to the hotel. You didn’t have an „event“, remember? God, if their big party (which they will call wedding) happens, she will be even more Not like other brides.
Exactly she makes it sound like a long day wedding. Reality she had her wedding shoes for a hour max. Not like it was a full day standing and socialising.
It's honestly the most downbeat and depressing sounding wedding I have ever heard of. Some people like low-key, some like a big splash, some like something in between the two and that's all fine. But cheese and onion sandwiches in a canteen... romantic, it ain't! No matter what shoes you wear 
I'm a bit behind now on the threads but the comparison of doing your own dental work to singing along with performers onstage is too ridiculous to let it pass lightly. I am definitely not a sing along if you want to attendee. I pay to hear the people on stage not a randomer in the audience.

I’m sorry but they’re the fugliest shoes I’ve ever seen, they look like they belong on stage for Glinda in Wicked (but to Carrot that’s probably a compliment ffs)
Sorry if anyone likes Irregular Choice shoes but they definitely fit her demographic. I have a few friends who are older and dress like frumpy cat ladies with wacky tights, and their footwear is always either Docs or IC.
The funny this is that no one at any age dresses like her. Except for the homeless, but they don't have a choice.

Her dress sense like pretty much everything she does, is a swing and a miss. She never quite gets it right or make it seem authentic
Speaking of her dress reminds me of the utterly depressing photo of her on the stairs at the hotel that was posted on a previous thread. I presume it's on the morning of the wedding. Again as I said some people like low key and that's perfectly fine. Firstly this is completely idiotic; Cyprus is renowned for the amount of cats on the island, Carrie isn’t some special cat-beacon but okay. Also, obviously Joel posted this but because it’s on the joint account the caption looks entirely derranged. Carrie is just ‘the wife’ in the Montague pairing??? Read it as though Carrie wrote it, or the two of them said it together; it sounds so odd

Agree on the idiotic caption. But at least this is a nice photo, she's comfortable here. Unlike the others she posted yesterday where she was struggling to breathe and looked extremely uncomfortable to be photographed.
Is it bad that for a second, I thought Joel was the one "modelling" this?
