This^^^ I just don't get it. Get yourself ready for a 5pm work event. If you need to put on lip oil, get a tea etc then do it before. No one will care if the live starts at 17.03. It's so disrespectful, as you say it's saying people aren't worth you putting the effort in to be ready. I bet she's that friend who is always 30 mins late and expects everyone to just welcome her once she arrives and act like nothing's happened as they should just be glad she took the time to come at all.
Imagine chairing a work meeting on teams/zoom whilst slurping tea, applying lippy and eating a babybel.

She starts *every single live* with 'it's been quite the week'. As if she's the only one in the world to be busy / stressed. If indeed she is.
She has access to all the best resources and all the best experts and she looks awful. I have beautician friends who have access to similar high end machines and they are aging beautifully - without the need for filler and botox. I just don´t get it. She is no advert for any of these procedures or treatments
