Standard advice is ‘The Neck Check’; if your symptoms are above the neck, go for it, below the neck, switch to lower impact. If she’s taking an expectorant, she should just be walking til she’s cleared her lungs a bit more. But obviously she knows best, better than any Dr!

I am trying to make lifestyle changes to lose weight but don't have her luxury of time and money. I live alone so have to do all the household work and chores myself as well as working a full time, stressful job where I am out of the house for 12 hours most days.

Scanning through the Facebook group and it makes me want to claw my eyes out - women in their 50s with a few fine lines losing their minds about them, in home bargains or TJMaxx clearing them out of products just because they are cheaper, or posting selfies desperate for attention/praise.
Edited to add (as if I needed to prove my point) just saw another where she’s asked if people can see a difference in her before and afters, then is offended that a handful of comments have pointed out her pictures aren’t in the same light and she’s got makeup on in the before picture. Wow.

I'm sick of the fear mongering. Just another excuse to make women be frightened of the ageing process and spend more cash. It wouldn't be so bad if the messaging was educational and empowering but it's all doom and gloom and fear mongering
It's just another coded message that "Remember, soon you will be an unfuckable dried up old hag! It's slipping away! Buy this cream, supplement, diet and you can cling on and be better than the rest! We're helping you! Wimmin supporting (fleecing) wimmin". I predicted Davina McCall's leap for band wagon years ago. Once the "eat no sugar ever" fad faded you could see she was casting round for the next thing. And of course she's shilling for Zoe/Tim Spector now with that Diary of a CEO grifter, too.
I reckon about only 20% of her content these days is about skincare which is supposed to be her specialist subject. The rest is “look how fit I am, looks how sick I am, look how much I know about music and here’s my view on world affairs”. Its all so boring
99% of that 20% is reposts from other accounts who got her brand products for free.

It is hilarious to see all these “influencers” get her PR boxes and bang on SR is the best thing since sliced bread when the ingredients are basic AF and overpriced for what they are.
