Carly is continuing to try to dispurse £100k of the cash faster than a farmyard muck spreader.
Not clear why there is such a rush, given that she sat on the cash and did nothing with it, for the previous 11 months.
She is enjoying trundling round a number of Harlow organisations making sure she gets a photo of herself with a giant comedy cheque.
A nomination process consisting of a facebook post was held, since then at least three of the nominated parties have declined to accept the cash, including Elder Colin. It's claimed that there was a public vote, but nobody knows where. Might have been buried on her "tick tock".
It's not clear what's happening to that "declined" cash.
Nor is the other £154k accounted for yet, either despite many requests.
Posters in the Meal On Me With Love facebook group, and the Spotted In Harlow anonymously-moderated facebook group, continue to be blocked and deleted if they dare to question anything or don't toe the line on how amazing Carly is.
She's not bothering with the allotment any more, despite the council reaching out and saying they were still willing to work with her.
Schools project seems to have petered out too.
No more food parcel deliveries, so not clear why the AMOMWL facebook page is still up, other than for Carly's giant cheque glory photos.

I have always been surprised that more people haven't asked questions about the initial Saltening. It's taken as gospel by the media and others that it was definitely real and very bad. Blocked and Reported did a good breakdown of why it was nonsense in the first place. The whole thing is built on a lie. I don't believe Carly set out to raise this much money, and it has been the undoing of her, but it has been a grift from the start - just intended to be a smaller one.

The BBC also amplified James Anderson so it’s fairly equal really. They have a lot of looking inward to do about platforming him back in the day, along with Carlz and Jack Monroe too.
James though is objectively far worse than Carly. Yes, Carly has taken £250k and made inflated claims which is wrong but James has preyed on and used vulnerable people for his own gain and damaged people’s houses with his shoddy work. Don’t know about anyone else but I’d rather someone just took my £100 and fucked off with it than take my £100 and use it to breach someone’s privacy while doing shoddy work that will cost them a fortune in the long run and smoking while doing it around gas pipes.

In other news from the last thread, C**** continued to stick the boot into Councillor Purse, who must continue to rue the day she attempted to facilitate carrot growing space for this fruit loop.
Your Harlow deserve the MVP award for fact checking, snark and subtle put downs and for making the C***** stans absolutely FEWMIN’.
She actually, genuinely coordinated the distribution of comedy cheques and possibly actual funds through the mechanism of “tagging the recipients on Facebook”. Astonishing. Can you imagine the state of her accounting?
Despite knowing fuck all about the recipients two weeks ago, and never having heard of most of them, this week, having spent ten minutes posing with a wipe clean cheque with them, she’s their biggest fan and is stanning for them and “all the good they do”.
Turns out that for at least one the charities “all the good they do” bears a striking resemblance to the kind of good that C**** does, eg grift-adjacent and of questionable value…
The “c****” gag comes from and unhinged screed posted anonymously on “Spotted in Harlow”, an extremely high quality Facebook journalistic endeavour. It was TOTALLY NOT WRITTEN BY CARLY/WAYNE/DONNA, ok? It just happened to lambast all of their enemies and glorify St Carly, and totally wasn’t actionable because it starred out everyone’s names, with the unfortunate side effect that it read like a prolonged and profanity laden racist rant. The level of intellect behind it is demonstrated by it being the genesis of the thread title “As for Harlow Council supporting C**** this is absolutely laughable you fly her banner while stabbing her in the back like Judas to ceasar in my opinion”
