I wonder if he has been to the hospital maybe they prescribed the nebuliser ? Or possibly the gp I know it’s hard to get oxygen at home

Your doctor will refer you to a specialist clinic if they think your symptoms can be helped by home oxygen therapy.

To check the amount of oxygen in your blood, you may have a blood test and an oxygen sensor may be attached to your finger or earlobe (a pulse oximetry test).

You may also be asked to breathe into a device that checks how well your lungs are working

What Tom has is a Nebulizer, he could use it to direct medication directly where it needs to go

I worked on a respiratory ward for 2 years before I moved to cardiology....and getting home O2 takes weeks to set up....even getting salbutamol nebs isn't just a case of asking....they start you on inhalers first.

A bit dramatic maybe donations are much needed after so many takeaways over the extra long weekend and ladyshit I mean ladyc's birthday. In all seriousness though I hope he is ok covid is no joke and he is a bit over weight hope he doesnt have other underlying issues

That's reassuring either has a condition already or is on the scam for content and gifts

But it's not oxygen....nebulisers run on compressed air.....I only ever nebulised with O2 when my patients 02 levels were dropping significantly...usually brittle asthma patients....and they were strictly supervised with regular arterial blood gases being taken. O2 is a drug and shouldn't be administered willy nilly....get it wrong and you can cause retained CO2 and loss of respiratory drive....leading to death!!

Yes I know,
nebulisers are used to deliver medication not oxygen.
