Former respiratory nurse here! No way would a GP diagnose asthma without a face to face appt. She would as previous poster said-need supervised peak flow and lung function tests and she DEFINITELY would be told to lose weight and eat more healthily and take regular proper exercise. One look at her and the first thing a GP would say would be lose weight.
But that doesn’t suit Emma’s lies about body confidence so now she has an excuse for being breathless etc. She has “asthma” nothing to do being very overweight, doing no exercise and having a horrendous diet.
She’s a bleeping lying witch. She will have googled what symptoms of asthma are so she knew what to say with GP. Has she been to asthma specialist nurse to check her inhaler technique is adequate??? No she hasn’t -cos she is a fat lying witch.
Oh and….. yeah your asthma has been the only thing stopping you running?!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🙄Are you for real?!!! You couldn’t bloody run if your life depended on it you dumbass.

What about athletes who have asthma? David Beckham, Mo Farrah, Paula Radcliffe? Asthma hasn't stopped them running. Regardless of the fact what she did was hardly running, a bit of exercise would surely help with asthma. The way she is going on it's as if she has COPD!!

No, other way around here
Brown one is preventer, blue one is reliever.

The way she gleefully says she has to take the brown inhaler forever, she obvs hasn't realised what a massive PITA that is. Remembering to order it in time, paying for it, 6 monthly check ups... and I found the worst thing was, I kept getting progressively stronger steroids which came in progressively smaller pack sizes until I was on a 28 day inhaler so had to repeat the cycle of getting and paying for an inhaler every 28 days. And not to mention the always having to carry a blue inhaler, so no more tiny handbags, and you'll have to wear proper running leggings with a pocket for the inhaler Babs!

I'm telling you Babs its a massive, expensive PITA having a chronic disease.

Bab should easily be getting 10k steps in a day, but she barely moves her arse. Is her asthma the same as being severely unfit and out of breath from just moving about? Asking for a yellow friend

The face of a lying ,pass/agg, imbecile! Also how come this is the first time we've heard how' poorly' she was in Iceland? Talk about things that never happened! If she had been ill we'd never have heard the end of it!!!

Does asthma cause runny nose and watery eyes? It may well do, but I don’t know. Those were the symptoms babs was complaining of when she was trying to get diagnosed with peri menopausal allergies

And it’s not “Couch 5 to k” because that makes no sense. It’s Couch to 5k

So the eyes flying about and the over exaggeration of words must indicate her lying about Iceland. She wasn't happy because they had the wrong clothes and rough weather.

I thought exactly the same thing! There’s no way she would have waited 5(?) months to tell us that she was “poorly” in Iceland. It would have been straight on her stories while she was there. She’s such a bullshitter and she’s actually getting worse🙄

She doesn’t have asthma, she has atrocious lifestyle disease. If her size wasn’t a relevant factor then she would be the first to tell us that being a size 18 22 has nothing to do with her illness. She has never said that, so clearly the GP has said that a healthier lifestyle will help.

I can’t believe they would diagnose asthma without doing a physical examination.
So many of the symptoms of asthma can be confused with other conditions, namely heart disease which also has the symptoms of swollen feet/ankles, difficulty breathing when lying flat and bloated stomach.. sound like anyone we know? Absolutely not wishing ill health on Babs but I think it’s worth an in person visit to the GP at the very least.

I've never seen someone being so excited about getting a diagnosis. Especially for a diagnosis of a serious condition that can really put a damper on one's quality of life.

Emma, you are a daft cow.

She can claim she doesn’t care about her weight etc all she wants, fact is her posts say very differently. She is obsessed with her weight, she is constantly referencing her size and weight and trying to make herself feel better about it
I think there was a point where she was like "yeah, I'm a bit bigger, but I'm OK with it". But as the #size18s have got more and more difficult to squeeze into, and she's frequently having to admit to buying the correct size sizing up, plus she's now experiencing health issues caused by/exacerbated by her weight/lifestyle/eating habits she's chosen to double down on the body confidence/positivity and its so obvious it's not even remotely true.

I haven't watched her story but in her defence I would get really bad asthma when the weather changed drastically, so getting off a plane in Iceland would have given me asthma.

However she lies so much and she's done extensive googling so she would have seen that extreme weather changes would make you wheeze, so I don't believe her. She would have mentioned it at the time.

I used to have very bad asthma as a child,in my teens and in my 20s. I was also obese. Soon as I adopted a healthy lifestyle, exercised daily, ate healthily majority of time, I no longer have any asthmatic episodes. Can’t remember last time I used an inhaler. I was always put off exercising when I was younger due to my asthma but now I do body pump, spin, boot camps etc. I love it but mainly for my
Mental health! I no longer want to shrink my body but make it stronger and healthier! I’m so triggered by her and wish she would realise it’s not good for her future.

How I imagined we all look when she starts off on one her lies/stories 🙄

Side note: It's "Couch to 5 K" Emma, not Couch 5 to K! Cos how does that make any sense you thick idiot!

And finally, I recall @Tweacle telling us AGES ago that she was gunning after getting a diagnosis of some kind! Well it seems here we are!
She's very happy for someone whos just been told they've got a potentially lifelong chronic respiratory illness!!!!

Absolutely insensitive head!!!!!! 🤬
