There is literally no point doing personal training when hoofing maybe 2800 calories a day on average. I don’t understand why she doesn’t have a routine it’s so much easier when you wfh and have zero adult responsibilities! I would be saying to benign once a month meal out only after doing gym 3 x a week in her shoes. Healthy breakfast is so much easier when @ home and not on the go- just don’t buy the crappy white stodge!
