I just saw that this book is on Kindle 99p. I think every woman should read it. It is devastating, frustrating and all our healthcare experiences rolled into one.

Unwell Women, A Journey Through Medicine and Myth in a Man-Made World

Can’t read this as this was the book revealing Hannah gales nip slip in her Instagram story 😆

My new Kindle has arrived and I have 3 months KU so time to power through as many freebies as I can.

This might be a good place to ask, Ive got back into reading after many years of not reading much at all and want to order a kindle. What is the best/most popular one please?

I recently upgraded my old and battered Kindle to a Paperwhite and I love it. I would recommend it. 😊

I love the signature. Right now it’s discounted too. I have two and I love them.

I have an amazon one but I'm starting to look into Kobo as it can access library ebooks. That would be a game changer for me!

I feel like I haven't read enough today, a productive Monday at work and then I've been out this evening. 😰 I've got book withdrawals! A hot chocolate and bed with my Kindle awaits.

Invisible Women is brilliant.
I'm also currently reading Unwell Women alongside my current fiction choice. X

Is a paperwhite very different to a bog standard kindle with a backlight which is what I have? I don't like the Fire because I don't like screen glare and my bottom of the range kindle feels more like reading a proper book!

I don’t think there’s much difference between the basic Kindle and Paperwhite but I’m not sure. I went for the Paperwhite as I got 20% off and a £15 gift card for trading in my old Kindle.
For me it’s been night and day as my Kindle was so old 😂

I upgraded my 2012 bog standard kindle to a 2022 bog standard kindle.

It has a backlight and a touch screen, the 2 things I really wanted.

Just finished the Housemaids Secret (in another 24 hours like the Housemaid). Absolutely loved it and another 5 star read for me. I can get over bad writing or a cheesy, over done storyline if it is a quick and easy read. The short chapters are great to get through and keep your hooked! I also liked how this can be a stand alone but can see how reading the Housemaid first would explain some things that happen in this book.

Having trouble picking another book after finishing the Housemaid! I’ve been on such a thriller binge I feel like I need to pick something different but I love how you can fly through thrillers quickly.

I'm hoping to finish A Man Called Ove today so I may start The Housemaid tomorrow, especially as it's the book club choice. It gives me great joy to start a new book on the first of the month 😂
