So she’s confirmed it, her anxiety is the one that behaves itself when she has a nice event to go to. I don’t care what type of anxiety it is.. if as she says it’s anxiety around health, it wouldn’t subside to the extend that she could have a lovely weekend. If she was as bad A S she said she was last week I don’t believe she could have gone away.
She’ll have to be careful, she’s saying it’s not social anxiety and then saying it is.
Need a better memory if you’re gonna tailor your story to every situation that arises that you’re called out on.
And now she’s inviting questions on anxiety, ptsd etc. I didn’t know she qualified as a doctor/therapist/psychology ?
She really ought not to be dispensing advice… did the girl even go to college to qualify in anything or are we dealing with someone who studied to leaving cert level who is dispensing medical advice (no shade to anyone who stopped studying at leaving cert, it just bugs me and strikes me as irresponsible to be giving medical advice when not qualified). It’s akin to those anti vaxxers spouting medical /scientific facts on Facebook .
She needs to stop giving advice on areas which are potentially deadly serious. (If anxiety, ptsd or depression goes to the worst extent it can be deadly and really ought to be dealt with by a professional )

She can’t even look straight into her phone recording that bullshit ‘health’ anxiety story ……because as usual she is lying……she is a very very devious and has every trait of a narcissist. The way she spoke in that poor little me condescending tone that’s in her voice……the pic line scar on show and completing contradicting herself from how she said she was feeling when she was in the hotel…… give that girl an Oscar for her lead role in Big C and me the Movie.

I have heart anxiety and it does not go when you want it to. You convince yourself you are dying and get paralysed by fear until you get numerous check ups or learn some techniques. I couldn’t leave the house if I had any form of a panic attack or stay in bed! I just have to keep pacing and distracting
