Of course, there is no expectation of privacy in a public setting. We have security cameras, personal cameras, and general observation. I don’t think the law anticipated private recordings that are monetized and blasted across the internet for personal gain. I think with enough noise, live-streaming for profit on private property will eventually be ended.

Once a channel reaches a certain point and it can expect a certain level of income, there's less incentive make an effort and create compelling and original content. I just watched the LV steakhouse video. I would have a problem with people making a video when I am trying to eat at a somewhat expensive restaurant (heck any restaurant). I am almost 50 and still care what I look like and dress for the occasion. While I do not have as much energy as when I was younger a lot of us still think proper hygiene and grooming is important. My girlfriends and I look better than that 35 year old that has no job and we are busy working moms.As I’ve said before, having a younger girlfriend didn’t give Spencer youth. Instead, he aged KT. She is acting like a 50 year old. Wearing comfy clothes. Always feeling tired. Only traveling to places you can easily drive to. Not caring about your appearance as much.
