I heard KT fingers Spencer's meat and had to watch the new video. This is now a full on food porn channel. (I immediately thought of the end scene in "Bridesmaids" where Melissa McCarthy tries to seduce the Air Marshal by fingering the meats of a hoagie.) 
This disgusting woman, who was not raised properly, puts her dirty fingers under each layer of this burger. And it's Spencer's. She doesn't do it to hers. I would gave slapped her, honestly. WTF.
And that buffet, that food looked like garbage. They are so not having sex anymore.

Each time before they engaged in full on gluttony KT had to emphatically proclaim that they had not eaten alllll day, all day ya'll so back off! Let them enjoy their 9 desserts at the buffet. I would be SICK after eating all the food they piled on their plates at that buffet. Vegas has a ton of cheap clothes Katie could have purchased a few "I lost my ass in Vegas" tee shirts instead of wearing the same clothes multiple times. Just gross but she never forgets her expensive makeup when she travels.
