What a healthy, healthy breakfast. And no, I wouldn't care, but she's made a big point of telling people about how she used to be a nurse. People may believe that she knows what she's talking about, even though she's giving out bad information.
Edit: I'm aware that those probably aren't fresh blueberries, and that there's likely more than one serving's worth of coconut chips. The numbers I gave are the absolute minimum sugar content of that bowl of candy she had for breakfast.
