Bianca is getting these follows from people she’s meeting and getting friendly with isn’t she.

Alice doesn’t integrate at all well, even after more than 20 years her friends are all Brits apart from the hired help and by the looks of things she hardly sees any of them either.

When Alice says Beverly hills was the same price as other areas what she means is "I was only ever going to rent somewhere for £6500-£7500 because I thought that would mean Ioan would have to pay me £25,000 per month forever so there's no way I would have considered renting somewhere costing half that, and I could find places for £6500-£7500 in lots of areas including Beverly Hills so I picked Beverly Hills"

Of course! Alice Regina isn't going to live in a 'box' like IG and BW do. She was even sneering at him for not having a pool when she was squatting in his house.

ETA it's another way of trauma bonding the kids. She will tell them they will be in BH forever and then when they have to move, blame IG for it.
