Could you imagine Alfie ever copping a feel of Zoe’s arse like that in public/on camera. They are so platonic they barely touch each other. But mark was skinny and wanted to do something about it and he literally changed his whole body around in like a 3 month span of working out and eating better and he looks good and healthy

There are actors that need a body like that for a movie and they get it done in 6 months

He has a personal trainer and a home gym FOR 2 YEARS!
and money for someone to even meal
Prep for him if he doesn’t wanna cook
This whole 90 day challenge is a joke
