I like to make my own KFC takeaway using either the no chicken/chicken burgers.. get a hash brown.. a slice of cheese.. bit of lettuce and mayo... Loooovely!!

Well I had a VERY successful trip to Aldi - sweety drop peppers, mochi, mighty peas and the dominos garlic dip!

They had big packs of the Heinz spaghetti hoops yesterday on special offer

You’re a star I buy that dip! It’s sooo nice but it’s in a really random place in my Aldi. I eat it with these alll the flavours are nice but I can’t eat the whole thing though in one go .

I got some gyros wraps from Aldi today never seen them before.. oh my god FIT. I wrapped them around some chicken chips and salad and it tasted better than a takeaway. Also managed to get mighty peas

no mochi where I live!! But had the Carlos garlic bread dominos rip off.. how do they get away with it

also nothing new but the Moroccan hummus is my absolute fave I ate a whole pack of the veg crisps dipped in that hummus today

I bought tempura batter fish cakes and mighty peas thanks to here! Both delicious. Is one sachet of the peas for one person or two? I ate them all, but I didn’t have room for potato as found it a very large portion.

I think someone up thread posted 3 different veggie burgers and said the sweet potato one was best.

The sweet potato burgers are nice, taste a bit like falafel. Aldi also do a Tzatziki kebab sauce in a squeezy bottle, I have mine on a wrap / flat bread with salad & a squirt of that x

After reading this thread I did my weekly shop in Aldi for a change. Got the pretzel choc, fish burgers, spicy bean burgers, rose wine and the houmous that was recommended.
No sign of the peas but I hate peas anyway no matter how mighty they may be
