He has to be raking in the dough. I believe this general timeline is correct:

- purchases a "large" (his words) amount of Disney stock at under $100/share and around the same time buys into DVC (150 pts) for the first time
- eventually sells his Disney stock, pays the tax on the profits, and uses the profits left to pay off his 150pt DVC purchase and also buys more DVC (another 50 points)
- recently bought Disney stock again at $87/share, and has enough money lying around to buy even more DVC points

He got lucky the first time. Has he over-committed himself to DVC points in the assumption that he will again make a killing with Disney stock? Or does he have enough money lying around to cover everything anyway and he's just playing around with the stock?

So he's planning a large point purchase for Aulani, and then says he won't buy any DVC pts for some time - and I'm thinking he means 5 years - and he then says the next time he buys will be the new tower property in Disneyland which opens maybe next year. Wow, what a huge break from buying into DVC, a whole year. Then he says well maybe I'll look at Grand Californian points today as well as Aulani! 💸💸💸

His whole life now is planning DVC point purchases...wow, he now has 500 DVC points...that means he bought 300 points!

$207/per pt and he bought 300 today, $62k

He now has 500 points. 250 at Aulani, 150 at Riviera and 100 at Grand Floridian. So he spent an additional $70,000 or so on points yesterday assuming he didn’t finance in which case it would end up being considerably more. He also just added another $200 or so a month to the annual dues.

based on his point totals at each resort, just his annual dues are over $4000/year, and from what I can see from googling, generally the dues INCREASE every year by anywhere from 1-4%

What I don't understand about him going 'all in' on DVC as it were, he LITERALLY lives in Orlando. I can understand using it for California and Hawaii. But, how is this any different than any other timeshares like you would see in Las Vegas or elsewhere?

This could also be directed at the Trackers, too. Not sure why they have monetary stickers as of late! Are they pretending to be broke too? 🤔 💰
Their views are rapidly declining and their sub count has been stagnant for months. They have to grift harder now to afford the lavish sloth lifestyle they've grown accustomed to. Cuntcierge ain't free 😂

How much do you think Disney's value will increase. The parks people are paying exorbitant prices but complaining about the trash, broken down rides etc.Why don't any of these vloggers talk about this?I went to the Magic Kingdom a couple of weeks ago overpriced and filthy no one picking up the garbage plus couldn't ride several of the rides broken down.People need to demand better service if they are going to pay for this crap

Adam's likely talking about BLAB. Perhaps he doesn't know they appear pretty broke ass lately. Or maybe Spencer will be rich once his mom passes away?

Spencer is for sure a trust fund baby, as his mother started her own successful business. But Mother Emmons isn't that old and Spencer will have to do something to fill in those empty years till he can cash that cheque.

I almost feel bad that there is a thread here for Adam. Compared to all the others he mixes it up and has a variety of sometimes interesting content. And I super respect his past lifetime ban situation and the fact he was able to get them to release the ban. Sure, some of this videos are lacking but overall, I’d say his nomadic sensibilities actually benefit the content at times. We all have flaws and showing his mother in the pool is one of them but, I’m a huge back to the future fan and he showed us many of the locations which happen to be in my backyard. I am grateful.

The dude went into areas he wasn't supposed to for content. There's no respect to be earned in that situation, regardless of the person.
Nor it its reversal by Disney. Kudos to Universal Orlando for, at least at this point, not caving.

Not sure what "nomadic sensibilities" he has either these days. He simply chases the money. Living near one Disney park or the other; sometimes both at the same time.

When CA was locked down and FL wasn't, he came back here. He doesn't live simply, as much as he'd like to act like he does. Someone living simply doesn't get an overpriced apartment in Celebration, FL. Doesn't make umpteen "first class travel day" vlogs. Isn't overly generous with telling us all about repeatedly purchasing the highest APs, highest access passes to conventions, etc., and / or his stock purchases or purchasing (at almost 50) and paying DVC off in full. Living simply doesn't just mean you eat cheaply and dress in the same clothes every day.

And not sure what you mean about his flaws showing his mom in the pool? I believe the "flaw" we were collectively horrified over was seeing HIM in the pool (with his tattoo he doesn't follow the advice of), not the fact that his mom was in there.
